Three signings Everton could make on deadline day

Yacine Brahimi

Brahimi is traditionally a left winger, a position which Everton do not seem to require reinforcements in following the signing of Yannick Bolasie earlier in the month. However, the Algerian international is one of the most gifted players on the continent and would surely improve the squad should he make the move to Merseyside.

After impressing for his current side, Brahimi was expected to move on to a fellow Champions League club this summer, but he may have been convinced by the ambition shown by new Everton owner Farhad Moshiri. Whilst signing him may not be as necessary as, say a striker, it would nevertheless be a real statement of intent by the club if they forked out the rumoured £35 million required to sign him.
