Nathan Baker:

Like Tomlin, Nathan Baker is another familiar face to Robins supporters, having joined on a season-long loan from Aston Villa in September 2015.

The 6 ft 3 in central defender has been a near ever present for City this season, and it is widely thought around Ashton Gate that his presence alongside Aden Flint has helped improve Flint’s game.

Baker scored his first ever professional goal this season, and seems to have formed a partnership with Flint. However, with the relegation of his parent club Villa, and the fact that he is now proven in the Championship, he could be offered a starting berth at his parent club.

That may well be a stronger pull than the West Country for the 25 year old, but he should certainly be one that Johnson aims to sign.
