Arsenal are looking to avoid a third consecutive defeat, which last happened in January 2012, as well as banish some Boxing Day blues from last season.

On Boxing Day 2015, Arsenal travelled to Southampton with high hopes of a league title challenge and got absolutely demolished in a 4-0 defeat.

It is crucial they win this one in order to forget about that game and get back in the title hunt.
