Missed targets

It does seem that Everton had a fair few players snatched from under their noses this summer. None more so than Moussa Sissoko heading to Spurs right during the last seconds of deadline day. Lucas Perez was another, heading for Arsenal despite interest from Everton.  In the end, Enner Valencia arrived on a loan-deal from West Ham. Everton got a striker in the end, but probably not the one the fans wanted. Koeman will hope that the next transfer window offers more success in terms of his targets.
