Three key fixtures that could define Tottenham's season between now and the New Year
Tottenham sit 5th in the league, five points behind somewhat surprise league leaders Liverpool, at the time of writing. This, whilst not a fantastic start to Mauricio Pochettino’s third full season in charge at White Hart Lane, is not a bad return considering injuries sustained – notably to striker Harry Kane. For Spurs to capitalise on their decent start, they will need to win more games, and do it asap. So here are three key fixtures for Spurs ahead of the New Year – if they are successful in these, they would go a long way towards cementing their position as genuine title challengers.
