Deli Alli vs Granit Xhaka
Leaving arguably the most critical battle to the end, the outcome of the North London Derby could be highly dependent on the performance of the PFA Young Player of the Year Dele Alli and, more importantly, whether Granit Xhaka is able to stop him.
The Englishman has been spectacular this season with 16 goals and five assists to his name – the best return from all the midfielders in the Premier League.
Granit Xhaka, as opposed to Aaron Ramsey, is the most likely to be the one who has to keep tabs on Alli. Whether this sees him play touch-tight to the Englishman or just mark the space the Spurs man will look to occupy remains to be seen, but Wenger should have confidence in his man to do the job.
The 24-year-old has had a jittery start to his Arsenal career but a good performance in the North London Derby could cement his future at the club as their main man in midfield.
