Antonio Valencia – Manchester United

With local sources suggesting he could leave Old Trafford this summer, West Ham could do worse than targeting Manchester United utility man Antonio Valencia. At 31 years of age, the Ecuador international is soon to be upstaged by the likes of Timothy Fosu-Mensah and Guillermo Varela in Louis van Gaal’s side.

What role would he play for the Hammers?

While capable of playing as an advanced winger, Valencia has proven himself to be more than capable as a right-back during his time at Old Trafford. With James Tomkins doing a job for Bilic on the right side of defense throughout the current campaign, the Croatian manager could see fit to bring in a more naturally dynamic option at full-back.

Flick to the next tab to see how these new additions would line-up…
