The agent of Mohamed Salah has caused some uproar amongst Liverpool fans following a post during the Reds’ 3-0 win against Norwich.
Ramy Abbas Issa tweeted ‘I hope they’re watching’ after the Egyptian winger scored the third goal of the evening for Liverpool in their Premier League opener.
Salah’s future with Liverpool has been a sticking point for some time. The former AS Roma winger has always been on the radar for some of the biggest clubs in Europe.
However, as pointed out by Fabrizio Romano, Abbas Issa’s four-word post was likely in reference to the Merseyside club offering the attacker a new deal.

Liverpool have been on a tear in recent weeks with handing new deals to key players at the club. Virgil van Dijk penned a long-term contract earlier in the week.
Alisson Becker and Fabinho have also both accepted fresh terms with the Premier League giants. And Salah could well be next on the club’s agenda in the coming weeks.
Yet despite this positive trend, supporters on social media weren’t a fan of what the agent of Salah did during their 3-0 win against Norwich.

Salah was one of the star performers against Daniel Fark’e Norwich side this weekend. And Abbas Issa’s could cause transfer speculation if read differently.

Liverpool fans will be hoping Salah’s new deal is wrapped up sooner rather than later.
