Arsenal fans are delighted to see David Seaman come in to help at training at London Colney.
Arsenal legend comes in
Seaman has apparently been invited to help at London Colney by academy manager, Per Mertesacker.
The Gunners legend has been helping out Arsenal’s younger players for the time being, and offering them advice on the training ground.
Seaman was pictured with The Gunners’ new number one, Aaron Ramsdale, yesterday though.
And Arsenal fans loved to see Seaman helping out, as they feel that the club should be utilising their former players.
Strong goalkeeping department
Seaman may not be working with the first-team right now, as Arsenal do currently have a goalkeeping coach in place in Inaki Cana.
It has been claimed by the Athletic that some of the club’s players do have concerns about his suitability for the role, though.
That being said, Arsenal’s goalkeeping situation does appear to have improved this term.
The signing of Ramsdale is starting to look like a masterstroke, as he has already staked his claim to be the club’s number one.
Having Bernd Leno in reserve also gives Arteta real depth of options in the position.
Arsenal are next in action on Saturday against Brighton & Hove Albion, where they will be looking to make it four wins in a row.
