'This is how champions behave', 'sensational': Some Rangers fans blown away by 'unreal' announcement
Glasgow Rangers fans have been raving about the news that Ibrox season tickets have sold out for the sixth consecutive season.
It’s been a long road back to the top of Scottish football for the Gers, but last season they finally managed to win the Premiership title again.
Steven Gerrard guided Rangers to an unbeaten league campaign en route to their long-awaited 55th title.
Bears have stuck with the club through thick and thin, and once again, all 45,000 season tickets have gone.
“Others look on in envy”
This is especially remarkable during a time when supporters haven’t been able to attend Ibrox in over a year
Rangers also confirmed that over 1,000 MyGers members received a new season ticket from the waiting list.
Some Light Blues fans have taken to Twitter to take pride in their incredible support of the famous club.
Incredible to see 45k sell out. Absolutely superb. This is how champions behave.— Undercover Ger (@GerUndercover) June 25, 2021
Great achievement, now the club need to step up and get us back at games and some value for all the money we are paying out. Hampden had 12,000 in current high cases, if restrictions drop and you settle for 2,000 you are failing the loyal support and goodwill is not there forever— QU55NS 11 (@_RFC1872_) June 25, 2021

Others look on with envy.
I think we need a bigger stadium!! 🤔— Just 55🏆G 🏴🇬🇧💙 (@1oldGersdad) June 25, 2021
Outstanding. I doubt any other club in Scotland will match that feat.— Crazy Horse 🇬🇧 (@glasgowsportsfa) June 25, 2021
A real support. Compare and contrast a support that had it all for 9 years and when it implodes spit the dummy. Incredible but expected. #55 🏆— Wally Blue (@WallyBlueEyes) June 25, 2021
Cool. Sensational yet again by the Rangers family. Take a bow— finners37 (@finners37) June 25, 2021

An Ibrox Stadium upgrade needed badly with a few thousand extra seats 👍— 𝕊𝕥𝕖𝕡𝕙 𝔾 (@SG68RFC) June 25, 2021
