‘This is class’: Leeds fans react as Rodrigo plays down exit rumours

Leeds United fans have been singing the praises of their Spanish forward, Rodrigo Moreno, after the summer signing played down speculation over his future.

Talks have murmured in some sections of the media this week suggesting that Rodrigo might be unhappy at Leeds and could have even had a small fallout with Marcelo Bielsa.

Rodrigo has struggled to get to his best form since his big money move in the summer. But injuries have disrupted him, in fairness, and now certain outlets have jumped to conclusions it seems.

But taking to his Instagram last night, Rodrigo played down any talk of an exit and wanted to be clear in his statement. It was a bold and big move from the Spaniard, who seemed intent on setting the record straight.

Leeds fans, then, were loving the words from Rodrigo. Twitter was full of comments from Whites fans discussing his comments, with plenty of support for the former Valencia star.
