Bernardo Silva could reportedly be on his way to Atletico Madrid, with Saul Niguez coming to Man City in the opposite direction.
According to the Times, the La Liga champions have proposed the move ahead of the transfer window. Both Saul and Silva are believed to be unsettled at their clubs.

The Spanish international hardly featured for Atletico last season, whilst the Man City star unperformed for Pep Guardiola’s side in both the Premier League and in Europe.
Indeed, the Manchester giants have already lost two players from last season, as Sergio Aguero and Eric Garcia both joined FC Barcelona on free transfers.

As per the report, Atletico value Saul at £60m. Furthermore, the Spanish side have proposed to Man City a swap deal involving Silva that would strengthen both clubs from a financial fair play perspective.
Yet despite this, City fans on social media were against Silva leaving the club.
