Spurs fans have realised that Saturday’s clash against Crystal Palace will be difficult after a growing list of injuries over the past week.
Oliver Skipp and Heung-min Song both suffered knocks whilst on international duty. With Spurs stars Ryan Sessegnon and Steven Bergwijn also picking up injuries.
Moreover, Davinson Sanchez, Cristian Romero and Giovani Lo Celso are all unavailable due to competing in red-listed countries. Meaning they are out for ten days via a training camp in Croatia.

Tottenham have started the season in blistering form. Under Nuno Espirito Santo, the north London side have claimed three wins from three in their opening Premier League games, conceding zero goals.
This form means that Spurs currently sit top of the Premier League table. However, these recent injuries to key players could prove to be a problem for Nuno’s side.
Whilst Palace are yet to win a game this season in the league, London derbies are always difficult regardless of form. And with former Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira in managing the Eagles, the French coach will be keen to beat Tottenham.

And on social media, Spurs supporters believe that this increase in injuries could be what snaps their good run of form at the start of the season.
Here’s what some Tottenham fans had to say about the likes of Son and Skipp getting injured on Twitter…
