Some Spurs fans have hit out at speculation claiming reported Tottenham target Jules Kounde is now in advanced talks with Chelsea.
Spurs were heavily linked with the Sevilla and France centre-back earlier this summer.
Indeed, Tottenham apparently saw a swap deal proposal accepted by Sevilla, but this fell through.

Kounde has reportedly been holding out for a team that will be competing in next season’s Champions League.
And now multiple sources, including Fabrizio Romano and Sky Sports, have reported that Chelsea are speaking to Kounde’s camp.
This hasn’t gone down too well amongst some Tottenham fans, who have criticised their club on Twitter:
Spurs to miss out on £60m ace?
Kounde, a centre-back who can also operate as a right-back, has formed a solid partnership with Diego Carlos at Sevilla.
The £73,000-a-week ace has clocked up 89 competitive appearances for Sevilla, along with 70 at first club Bordeaux.
In addition, Kounde is already a European champion, having won the Europa League in 2020, and has won two France caps.
A report in Marca from a few days ago claimed Sevilla had placed a £60million price tag on Kounde.
