‘Things you love to see’: Liverpool fans react to Diogo Jota training return

Liverpool fans have been reacting this morning as the club tweeted out a picture showing Portuguese winger Diogo Jota back in training.

The forward has been missing for the last few months through injury. The Reds have managed pretty well without him but with a big run of games coming, having Jota back involved could be massive.

Jota, a big-money signing from Wolves in the summer, had made an explosive start to his Liverpool career. He’d scored nine goals in just 17 appearances and had quickly made himself one of Jurgen Klopp’s key players. However, he picked up an injury and hasn’t played since December.

But Liverpool’s admin team have got the Reds fans excited once again by tweeting out a picture of Jota back in training today.

Naturally, and as expected, Twitter was full of replies from Liverpool supporters who were buzzing to see their man back in action ahead of their big game with Manchester City this weekend.
