Tottenham will win the league before Arsenal, according to BBC pundit Chris Sutton.
Thursday night’s north London derby is a huge match in the race for the top four.
Both teams need Champions League qualification to take the next step to where they want to go, which is eventually challenging for the title.
Speaking on the BBC’s Monday Night Club, Sutton said that he does not really see either side getting to that level, but that Spurs have more chance than Arsenal.

Tottenham will win the league before Arsenal, says Sutton
“I think Spurs have better players than Arsenal. I think Conte will get it right. The issue is nobody really knows what Conte could possibly do over the summer,” he said.
“He was linked with PSG, he has a history at times of just walking away, doesn’t he? I think if he stays then I think Spurs have a really good opportunity next season because he does have a great track record of improving teams.
“From Arsenal’s point of view, I like the continuity and stability at the club, but I just don’t see this Arsenal team ever being able to compete in the next few seasons with the top two.
“Having said that, I don’t really see Spurs’ team being able to compete but I think they stand a better chance under Conte than Arsenal do under Arteta.”

Arsenal beat Leeds 2-1 on Sunday, which means that Spurs really need to win on Thursday night to keep their top four hopes alive.
They would still be a point behind with a win but the confidence and momentum generated could just get them over the line.
An Arsenal win would put them seven points clear with two games left and seal a Champions League spot, and even a draw would make it an uphill battle for Spurs.
Will either side ever win the title under their current managers? It’s probably an outside bet but for now, the immediate focus is on the battle for a seat at European football’s top table.
