‘There you go’: Spurs fans react as Moussa Sissoko comments on future

Tottenham fans have been reacting on social media after Moussa Sissoko commented on his future with the club this past week.

Sissoko, whose reported £80k-a-week deal runs until 2023, admitted he didn’t quite know what the future might hold for him.

The Frenchman admitted he does ‘not know if he is going to be staying here’ and that ‘things change quickly in football’, as he delivered some of the generic spiel we hear pretty often from players when it comes to their contracts.

However, those comments don’t seem to have gone down too well with the Spurs fanbase on Twitter. After seeing what Sissoko had to say, the platform was awash with comments suggesting Sissoko would not be missed if he did go.

Jose Mourinho has used the Frenchman a lot this term. But some Spurs fans seem to think Sissoko is on his way out now anyway, while others seemed not too fussed at all if that was the case. Here’s what’s been said by some Tottenham supporters.
