‘The way it is’, ‘Sell him’: Tottenham fans discuss Harry Winks after early Antwerp exit
Tottenham fans have been discussing Harry Winks once again on social media, after the midfielder appeared to head straight to the tunnel last night.
Winks was withdrawn my Jose Mourinho before the hour mark against Antwerp and headed straight past the bench and into the changing rooms following his substitution.
Mourinho played down the actions after the game, insisting he had told any players not involved to immediately head to the showers given the conditions last night.

However, that hasn’t stopped a number of Spurs fans talking about Winks’ decision to march straight off, with some believing it could be the end of the line for the midfielder under Mourinho.
Some did disagree with that, and Twitter was awash with comments discussing what might be next for Harry Winks at Spurs.
It’s the way it is, so many games coming up, he’ll get his chance

He’s a squad player and thats all, if he can’t accept that then he’s not the right fit.

He needs to be mature and realise that you will have spells of being out of the team he needs to support his team mates and not sulk by storming down the tunnel grow up!!!!

Good he should be angry and kick the cat, as they all should. If your happy at not being picked or not getting more game time then up your game. It’s a massive season with lots to play for.

This is one thing I’ll never understand. Do you expect him to come off smiling? This is the exact reaction I want to see from one of our own.
