Another week and another transfer rumour for Liverpool, this time with the Reds being linked with Todd Cantwell.
The Norwich City man has been in fine form this season. Despite a season of woe in the main for Daniel Farke’s men, Cantwell has proven to be a shining light.

Six goals for the 21-year-old is a healthy return for a player who is very highly-regarded at Carrow Road.
Drifting seamlessly from midfield into attacking positions, Cantwell has become one of the stand-out performers in a team struggling at the bottom of the league.
It’s little surprise, then, to see a club like Liverpool so keen on landing him.
And Cantwell should be looking to maximise what he can get out of any potential move by ensuring he pushes Norwich to allow him to move on this summer.
Learning from the best
There couldn’t be a better time to be moving to Liverpool for a young player. They have an enigmatic manager who is not afraid to put his trust in youth (just ask the likes of Curtis Jones). They’re also on course to win the Premier League and are still well in their European tie with Atletico Madrid.
Furthermore, Cantwell can seize the chance to try and learn from some excellent and experienced midfield players at Anfield.
Jordan Henderson is in the form of his life. A natural leader, Cantwell can learn so much from the England man.

The likes of James Milner, Gini Wijnaldum, and Fabinho, all have experience at the very highest levels of football too.
For a player like Cantwell, learning from those sorts of players could be priceless.
The raw materials are there with Todd Cantwell. He has bundles of energy, has shown through the season he can improve, and, as mentioned, can get amongst the goals.
If a summer move materialises with Liverpool, then Cantwell will surely only get better and become a key figure for the Reds.
