Mauricio Pochettino is growing increasingly frustrated with the form of several Tottenham Hotspur players.
There could be wholesale changes in the January transfer window. Several players failed to secure Tottenham exits in the summer and they could be on their way out in January.
Here are three players who are in danger of being sold in January – unless something drastic changes between now and the new year.
Victor Wanyama

After Wanyama failed to secure a deadline day exit, many wondered whether he would be given a lifeline by Pochettino. The Kenyan midfielder has featured sporadically but he looks a shadow of his former self.
There are clubs willing to take Wanyama in the January transfer window. The 28-year-old faces a battle against time if he wants to convince Pochettino to keep him at Spurs.
Serge Aurier

Aurier was recently recalled to the Tottenham team with Kyle Walker-Peters injured. Initially, the Ivory Coast defender looked like he would seize his chance. But he has since reverted to type.
The 26-year-old was sent off against Leicester City and then put in an awful display against Bayern Munich. Aurier is surely on his way out unless he can prove he is no longer a liability.
Eric Dier

Dier was frozen out at the start of the year but he has since made his way back into the starting line-up. It seems like Pochettino remains unconvinced by the England midfielder, though.
The 25-year-old is a useful squad player given his ability to play in a number of positions. But Pochettino might lose his patience unless Dier’s form turns around before January.
