There has been talk of investment at Tottenham Hotspur for a long time now.
Amanda Staveley is apparently keen to invest in Spurs, while there has been longstanding discussions about Qatari investment in north London.
Indeed, QSI have been linked with investment in Tottenham for a while now, but, as of yet, nothing concrete has happened.
Speaking on Henry Wright TV on YouTube, Ben Jacobs has been discussing QSI’s interest in Spurs, and he says that he doesn’t think anything is going to develop on that front as Daniel Levy wants to keep control of Spurs in a sporting sense.

Why Qatar won’t invest in Tottenham
Jacobs shared what he knows about Spurs and QSI.
“The reason I don’t think anything will develop between Qatar and Tottenham is because Levy is still only looking for minority investment. At this point he’s not willing to sell the entire club and that makes it a little bit harder for these big sovereign wealth funds and private investors in Qatar and Saudi to get a slice of the pie,” Jacobs said.
“Levy still wants to stay and my understanding is with Khelaifi and Levy the point of contention, and I don’t mean this in an acrimonious way, is that it was very clear to QSI that Levy wanted to control the club and I think QSI wanted a bit more strategic football power. As we know from Jim Ratcliffe at Man United, you can come into a club as a minority investor but with a pathway to full control or sporting control from day one.”

Daniel Levy has unfinished business
It’s going to be very hard to wrestle control of Tottenham away from Daniel Levy.
Say what you will about Levy, but Spurs have grown exponentially under his stewardship.
Tottenham are now a part of the Premier League’s ‘big six’, while they’ve moved into a new state of the art stadium that makes them one of the most marketable and attractive clubs in world football.
However, silverware has been hard to come by for Spurs over the last 15 years, and Levy will surely want to put that right before he cuts ties with Tottenham.
Levy has unfinished business at Spurs, and he won’t be leaving anytime soon.
