Pundit Alan Brazil has now claimed that it would be a huge loss for Arsenal if Thomas Partey was to depart the club in January.
Brazil was discussing the matter on talkSPORT this morning when rounding up the morning news and suggested that Arsenal should think twice about selling Partey.

The pundit mentioned rumours that Partey would look to leave the club if Italian side Juventus came knocking in January.
And Brazil simply didn’t think that would be a good idea for The Gunners.
He said (8/11, 8:49am): “Thomas Partey has reportedly told Arsenal he wants to leave the club in January amid interest from Italian giants Juventus.
“The Ghanaian midfielder joined on deadline day in 2020 after Arteta chose to activate his release clause.
“That is a blow.”
Of course, it is now an incredibly difficult balancing act for Mikel Arteta.
He has one of the world’s best progressive midfielders in his side, but he is consistently missing through injury.
And whilst Arsenal are a much better side when Partey is playing, they simply don’t seem to be able to rely on him anymore.
Brazil doesn’t think Arsenal should sell Partey in January
Of course, Partey may now be out until the turn of the year through his latest issue.
Meaning Arteta will have to make a decision on whether to return Declan Rice to the pivot of his midfield.

Jorginho has been deployed in the position but has still failed to convince some Arsenal fans with his displays.
Therefore, you can see why Brazil would suggest it as a blow were Arsenal to lose Partey in January.
However, it may now be the case that Arsenal are best to move on and target a new midfielder in the coming window.
Douglas Luiz has often been linked with the club, but surely would prove an incredibly expensive replacement.
Arsenal have also been linked with Brazilian midfielder Bitello in the past, but it seems he may be better suited to an advanced role.
Either way, there are options for Arsenal, which would be helped by rumoured interest from Juventus for Partey.
One midfielder who already left the side in the summer, Granit Xhaka, has now been detailing how emotional he felt leaving the Emirates.
