Arsenal have reportedly failed to conclude a deal which would have seen Hector Bellerin sent to Juventus in exchange for Italian defender, Daniele Rugani.

Calciomercato confirmed yesterday that talks over that potential deal had failed to come to fruition, meaning both players will be staying firmly put for the time being at least.

Gunners fans have been reacting to the news on Twitter, too, with a large selection of the Arsenal fanbase having their say on the news.

Rugani would have brought some versatility and experience to the defence for Mikel Arteta while Bellerin, of course, has been in and out of proceedings over the last 12 months or so.

But with no exchange looking likely now, all that was left was for some Arsenal fans to have their say on social media, with the news greeted with mixed responses from the Gunners’ faithful.
