A number of Newcastle United fans have reacted to the news of Eddie Howe’s backroom team being finalised.
On Tuesday, the Magpies confirmed that Jason Tindall, Stephen Purches and Simon Weatherstone were all in place at the club.
According to 90Min, Tindall’s arrival was key to Howe agreeing his deal at Newcastle.

Although Newcastle’s first offer was turned down, talks have since progressed well, added the outlet.
Now, Tindall has put pen to paper at Newcastle to link up with Howe, who worked alongside the 44-year-old at Bournemouth.
The new Magpies boss has also been reunited with Stephen Purches and Simon Weatherstone, who both left the south coast club in the summer.
Graeme Jones will stay on as assistant head coach, while Ben Dawson and Simon Stone will also keep their roles as first-team development coach and goalkeeping coach respectively.
The Magpies have also bolstered their sports science department with the arrival of Dan Hodges from Bournemouth.
Newcastle confirmed the news with an article on their website and a post on social media:
