Teemu Pukki has told Finnish outlet Helsingin Sanomat that it is his big hope that Emi Buendia will stay at Norwich – amid reports linking the playmaker with Arsenal.
According to a recent report from Eurosport, the Gunners are expected to make an offer for the Argentinian in the summer.

It was claimed that Mikel Arteta’s men had registered an interest in the winter. However, Norwich City informed the Premier League side that he was not available at any price.
The 24-year-old boasts an outrageous record in the Championship to help put Daniel Farke’s men on the cusp of an immediate return to the top flight.

He has scored 10 goals and provided 12 assists for the Canaries. So it is probably no surprise that Pukki has expressed his hope that the magician will stay for some time to come.
“He’s a top player,” he told Helsingin Sanomat. “I get on well with him on and off the field. It’s my big hope he stays on the team. It’s so easy and nice to play with him.”
Arsenal will be well aware that he will not come cheap. Goal suggested in January that his value stood at around £40 million.
Norwich were able to keep him following relegation. And they were prepared to dig their heels in in January when the Gunners registered an interest.
So their stance is unlikely to soften should they get promoted. But based on his form this term, he is going to be well worth the eye-watering sum Norwich will be holding out for.
