Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is reportedly a target for Nice this summer and Spurs could use their interest to try and sign a player they could desperately do with.
Amine Gouiri is one of European football’s standout talents and it doesn’t seem as though Nice will be able to keep hold of him for long.
The 21-year-old has scored 16 goals and registered seven assists during 2020/21, proving one of the most feared marksmen in the French top-flight.

Gouiri signed for Nice in the summer transfer window from Lyon. He cost the club a relatively small £6 million and has proved tremendous value for money.
His current club will be under no illusions though. As Nice languish in the bottom half of Ligue 1 they will recognise that clubs all over Europe will be monitoring their prized asset.
One of those clubs should be Tottenham who could find themselves in the market for a striker again in the summer.
Carlos Vinicius has been the backup to Harry Kane this season but he’s failed to really make the desired impact on the team.
Question marks will hang over whether his loan should be made permanent and this interest in Lloris from Nice could help them land Gouiri.
The goalkeeper has been a fine servant during his time in North London, playing 363 times for the club.
Paid £100,000-a-week his time at Tottenham could be coming to an end and Spurs can use the current interest to their own benefit.
Of course, a straight swap will be out of the question. If Tottenham offered Lloris as a sweetener, plus cash for Gouiri, Nice might have no choice but to accept the offer.
Such a deal would represent a quality start to the summer for Tottenham.
