TBR view: Should Newcastle consider striker being linked with Wolves and Celtic?
Wolves and Celtic are reportedly among several clubs interested in Stoke City striker Tyrese Campbell. The 20-year-old has attracted interest following a run of three goals in his last three games. Should Newcastle consider rivaling the other interested clubs for his signature?
His current contract runs out at the end of the season and despite Stoke being keen to retain his services, he could look to move on. The appeal of the Premier League may prove too much for Campbell to turn down.

The Independent has reported that several clubs are monitoring the England U-20 international’s current situation and Newcastle will need to move quickly if they are to be successful.
Due to the lack of time left on his current contract, Campbell is likely to be available for a relatively small fee. Newcastle need goals, but will not be keen to spend big after splashing out £40 million for Joelinton in the summer.
Only two teams in the Premier League have scored fewer goals than Newcastle this season and the Magpies will want to add more goals in the second half of the season to avoid slipping towards a relegation battle.

Steve Bruce has been a success since coming in as Newcastle manager but has not been able to get their record signing scoring. The Brazilian has scored just once since moving to the club in the summer.
Campbell will have no pressure to come in and score a hatful of goals straight away but could prove to be a shrewd signing. If he continues his rich vein of form, the young Englishman could be a success in the Premier League.
