‘You’ve seen what they’ve done’: TalkSPORT pundit makes bold prediction for Brighton v Tottenham

Tottenham face Brighton and Hove Albion today looking to get back to winning ways and Gabby Agbonlahor has offered his score prediction.

Spurs are looking to put the NLD defeat to Arsenal out of their heads and a win against De Zerbi’s Seagulls side would be just the ticket for Antonio Conte. Of course, Brighton represents a tough challenge and are already making a push for the top four themselves.

And speaking for TalkSPORT about the game, regular pundit Gabby Agbonlahor has warned Tottenham fans he feels another defeat is in the offing for Conte’s men.

“Brighton win. You don’t want to play them at the moment. You’ve seen what they’ve done to Leicester at home, should have beaten Liverpool as well and had a lot of chances. So I’m going to go Brighton win, 2-0,” Agbonlahor said.

Brighton seem to have transitioned seamlessly into the new management of De Zerbi, following Graham Potter’s decision to move to Chelsea.

However, Tottenham do represent a stiff challenge for the Seagulls and if the likes of Kane and Son are on form, it could be a difficult day. There could also be a return to the AMEX for Yves Bissouma, who left the club in the summer to sign for Spurs.

TBR’s View: Brighton v Tottenham Prediction Impossible To Call

We wouldn’t be quite so sure as Agbonlahor here. Yes, there is a chance Brighton do win the game but there is also the same chance it is Tottenham who run out winners as well. Likewise, a draw is as likely as anything.

Tottenham and Brighton is probably the highlight fixture of the Saturday games and it’s a game both sides will be desperate to get something from.
