Dimitar Berbatov has predicted how the Premier League game between David Moyes’s West Ham United and Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United will pan out.

West Ham will take on Manchester United at London Stadium on Saturday.

So, what has Dimitar Berbatov said about West Ham United against Manchester United? Let’s take a look.

Dimitar Berbatov predicts two goals in West Ham United vs Manchester United

Well, West Ham United and Manchester United will face each other at London Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

The Hammers are ninth in the league table with 27 points from 17 matches. David Moyes’s side have won three of their last five Premier League matches.

Erik ten Hag’s team are seventh with 28 points from 17 games. The Red Devils have won two and lost two of their last five Premier League matches.

Former Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov has predicted the match at London Stadium to end in a 1-1 draw. The former Premier League star believes that the game between Liverpool and Arsenal at Anfield on Saturday evening to end in a draw as well.

Berbatov told Metro: “This is a tough one. West Ham can surprise people – on their day they can beat you, on another day they can lose 5-0 to Fulham.

“Man United will at least be happy with a clean sheet behind them from Anfield, but this is a tough place to go. I’ll go for a draw.

“Prediction: 1-1.”

My prediction: Match to end in a draw

As Dimitar Berbatov has noted, West Ham United are a very inconsistent team. The Hammers beat Tottenham Hotspur at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier this month and then went down 5-0 to Fulham at Craven Cottage in their very next game. Paul Merson is perplexed as well.

Manchester United are quite similar. The Red Devils beat Chelsea at Old Trafford and just days later lost 3-0 to Bournemouth.

I think that neither West Ham nor Manchester United will play particularly well at London Stadium on Saturday afternoon and will cancel each other out.
