‘Superb performance’: Manchester City fans blown away by Cole Palmer against Everton

Manchester City cruised to a 3-0 win over Everton this afternoon as Pep Guardiola’s side answered back to Liverpool’s dominant win over Arsenal.

Goals from Raheem Sterling, a stunner from Rodri, and then a late finish from Bernardo Silva, were enough to hand City a well-deserved a comfortable three points at The Etihad.

City, as usual, were in complete control of the game from start to finish against the Toffees. The usual suspects played well, and the superb Rodri was rewarded for a fine display with his goal.

However, all eyes were on Cole Palmer really. The youngster was making his full debut at The Etihad and didn’t disappointed before being replaced late on by Guardiola.

City fans loved what they saw from Palmer, with many taking to social media to sing the praises of the England youngster.
