Rangers winger Jordan Jones looks to face a crucial few months as he seeks to prove that he has a long-term future at Ibrox.

As things stand, the Gers wide-man looks to have an uphill battle trying to win Steven Gerrard over. He has struggled for game-time since arriving at Rangers. And he has come in for serious criticism following a couple of incidents.

Jones’s debut for Lee Johnson’s men came on Tuesday as Sunderland faced MK Dons in the quarter-final of the Papa John’s Trophy.
