Former Newcastle and England striker Alan Shearer has branded Jack Grealish’s latest Aston Villa performance as ‘stunning’.
Shearer, who picks a team of the week for the official Fantasy Premier League game, has once again selected in his team following another impressive performance from the Villa man.

Grealish was in full flow as Dean Smith’s men blew away Arsenal. Along with Ollie Watkins and Douglas Luiz, Shearer selected Grealish as part of his forward line and was full of praise for the England man.
“Stunning again. He showed his pace, strength and eye for a pass as he ran from his own half to set up the final goal,” Shearer said on Fantasy Premier League’s website.
Grealish, it seems, has taken his game to another level this season and along with Watkins and Trezeguet, has formed a front three that has so far helped Villa to an impressive 18 league goals – the same as champions, Liverpool.

The midfielder has already scored four times himself this term and added a further five assists. Grealish has once again gone away with England where he’ll hope Gareth Southgate changes his tune somewhat in terms of playing him.

At this rate, Jack Grealish is going to end up being in the running to be the player of the year in the Premier League. He can literally do it all.
Goals, assists, protecting the ball, Villa have got a superstar on their hands with the England man.
There is no reason why he can’t cement a regular starting slot for England and on this form, drive Villa into the fight for European places over the course of the current season.
