Tottenham Hotspur slumped to a fourth defeat in five Premier League games last weekend.
The Lilywhites were beaten 2-1 by Liverpool at Anfield (BBC Sport) and have now dropped to fourth in the table after Arsenal beat Newcastle United on Monday.
From being bang in the title race only a matter of weeks ago, there is now a serious chance they could miss out on the top four altogether.

Mauricio Pochettino simply cannot allow that to happen, with the new stadium being billed as ‘the only place to watch Champions League football in London’.
One man who really needs to step up for the club in this crucial period, is Dele Alli.
TBR’s view
Alli has had a very disappointing season in 2018/19.
Most of the team are struggling at the moment, but Alli hasn’t been able to get going this term.
Alli has been limited to just 27 appearances due tohamstring and thigh injuries and he’s managed only seven goals.

He is heading for his lowest goals return since joining the club from MK Dons in 2015.
With the team now in danger of missing out on the top four, Alli needs to come up trumps for Spurs.
He is a big game player and the upcoming matches against Manchester City in both the league and Europe could be the perfect opportunity for him to flourish.
