Bruce is an experienced English manager that has been around a long time, but even he is intrigued by the enigma that is Bielsa.

Leeds really have struck gold with his appointment and supporters are thrilled to let him get on with things in his own unique way.

The South American is not afraid to big tactical decision, is prepared to throw youngsters on and has quite often this season named his line-up before a game.

Bielsa is confident in his team to do the business on the pitch by dominating possession of the ball and the confidence he’s installed in the group is quite remarkable.
