Lucas Moura had his finest day in a Tottenham Hotspur shirt to inspire them to a stunning comeback win over Ajax.

Just one day after Liverpool’s shock comeback win against Barcelona, Spurs pulled off a miracle of their own.

Tottenham only trailed 1-0 going into the second leg at the Johan Cruyff Arena but two first-half goals from the home side put Ajax firmly in the driving seat at half-time.

Spurs knew they needed to score three to progress and Lucas bagged all of them. Two quickfire goals gave them belief but nothing could have prepared Spurs for the finale.

With mere seconds remaining on the clock, Lucas latched onto a loose ball in the box and found the bottom corner.

The Brazilian has been impressive since his January 2018 move from PSG but this was by far his top performance for Spurs.

Tottenham fans are hailing him as a hero after his hat-trick secured a Champions League final date with Liverpool.
