Leeds United have been tipped by Stan Collymore to be a potential surprise package in the Premier League in the upcoming campaign.
Last season, the Whites finally succeeded in earning promotion back to the top flight after a 16-year absence, lifting the Championship title in the process.
Since sealing their return to the Premier League, Leeds have been busy in the transfer market, bringing Rodrigo Moreno and Robin Koch to Elland Road.

In addition, the Whites have bought loanees Helder Costa and Illan Meslier, re-signed Jack Harrison on loan from Manchester City, and snapped up several talented youngsters.
Marcelo Bielsa’s philosophy dictates that his teams relentlessly press the opposition in order to win the ball back as early as possible, which is very demanding from a fitness perspective.
However, given the Leeds players’ fitness levels under Bielsa, combined with fewer league fixtures compared to the Championship, it may not be too hard a transition for the Whites, suggested Collymore.
The former Liverpool ace also commented on Leeds’ great support and the acquisition of Moreno, saying he wouldn’t be surprised to see the Yorkshire side do well in 2020-21.
Leeds get their campaign under way next Saturday with a trip to Anfield to take on reigning champions Liverpool.
