Spurs have reportedly set their sights on West Brom talent Kevin Joshua, according to All Nigeria Soccer.
With the transfer window just a few weeks away, new Tottenham boss Antonio Conte will soon have the opportunity to bring in his own players.
The defence is an area that could do with strengthening, with Cristian Romero excelling but questions asked of some of the other centre-backs.

And according to All Nigeria Soccer, Spurs have identified Joshua, a 19-year-old centre-back who stands 6ft 6in, as a potential January target.
Tottenham aren’t the only club reportedly interested in the Baggies academy ace, however.
As well as Spurs, the likes of Aston Villa, Southampton and Fulham are apparently eyeing Joshua.
The left-footed centre-back only joined the West Brom setup in March, but he has put himself in the shop window with a string of fine performances for their U23s.

And according to Transfermarkt, Joshua is out of contract next summer, which means he could well be considering his options.
A previous report from All Nigeria Soccer claimed Joshua has drawn comparisons with Ibrahima Konate due to his playing style.
The former Solihull Moors ace was impressive in the midweek Premier League Cup rout of Arsenal Under-23s.
Aside from scoring, he also made four interceptions, four blocks, completed 19 short passes and two out of three long passes.
The 6ft 6in defender was dominant in aerial duels, winning five out of five headers he contested, one of which was a goal.
