Spurs have reportedly set their sights on Ismaila Sarr.
According to Eurosport, Tottenham are looking into the Watford man’s potential availability.
However, Spurs are far from the only club reportedly hoping to land the 23-year-old.

As well as Tottenham, the likes of Aston Villa and Liverpool are apparently eyeing the 23-year-old forward.
If the Eurosport report is true then Spurs fans should be excited, because Sarr is a top talent.
Spurs target Sarr – the story so far
Sarr started his career with Senegalese outfit Generation Foot.
He then moved to French club Metz in 2016, but only stayed there a year before joining Rennes.
After shining at the latter, Sarr joined Watford in 2019 for a reported £40million.
The Senegal international has made 70 competitive appearances for the Hornets, claiming 19 goals and 16 assists.

Sarr’s efforts helped Watford seal promotion back to the Premier League at the first attempt last term.
Indeed, he won the club’s Player of the Season award for his impressive efforts.
In addition, Sarr has won 34 caps for his nation and has played at the World Cup and Africa Cup of Nations.
Could Spurs realistically land Sarr this summer?
Tottenham could certainly do with bolstering their attacking ranks this summer.
Sarr has mostly been deployed on the right side of attack but can also play on the left and at centre-forward.
That said, Watford are reportedly unwilling to talk with any suitors unless they’re prepared to start at £50million.

Given Sarr is contracted to the Premier League newcomers until 2024, their hand is strong in negotiations.
But if Spurs were to push the boat out for Sarr, they’d be getting a great player.
Sarr style of play
Last year, the Coaches Voice wrote: “Sarr is… unusual in that he is a right-footed winger who plays on the right.
“He manoeuvres himself intelligently to beat opponents and use his huge stride and devastating pace to run diagonally towards goal and provide more of an immediate and direct threat on goal than a winger who remains wide and looks to cross into the penalty area.
“A Senegal international signed from Rennes in the summer of 2019, Sarr gets in behind opponents with remarkable consistency.

“Through playing on his ‘natural’ side he is comfortable retaining his team’s width, so he can help attack asymmetrically while a right-footed left-winger – such as Gerard Deulofeu at Watford – is more inclined to move infield.
“Sarr progresses beyond opposing defences via two favoured methods – either by timing runs to meet passes from teammates or by taking heavy touches beyond a defender when one-on-one.”
And football fans have made complimentary comparisons between Sarr and other top players.
