Tottenham Hotspur have enjoyed a remarkable summer transfer window so far.
Spurs hit the ground running early on by landing Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster and Yves Bissouma.
Tottenham then bolstered their attack and defence with Richarlison and Clement Lenglet.
And following protracted talks, Spurs finally got the signing of Djed Spence over the line.
Now, it looks as though Tottenham are trying to finish on a real high, if one report is to be believed.
According to Calciomercato.it, Spurs have made Roma an offer for Nicolo Zaniolo.

Tottenham have reportedly tried their luck with a cash-plus-player bid of £25m plus Joe Rodon.
However, Roma have reportedly rejected the Tottenham offer, as they only want cash.
It’s not unusual for a club to fail with an opening bid – Spurs are likely just testing the waters.
Crucially, it shows Tottenham’s intent to try and bring Zaniolo to N17, kickstarting an exciting new transfer saga.
There’s still plenty of time in the window for Spurs to try and get a deal over the line.
And what a player he would be for Tottenham.
“Great technical quality”
Zaniolo has just turned 23, but he already has made over 100 competitive appearances for Roma.
He also has nine Italy caps to his name, and has lifted the Europa Conference League.
Zaniolo looks to have an ‘incredible‘ career ahead.
“He has an incredible natural physique for someone who is only 19 and also has great technical quality,” Daniele De Rossi said in 2019.
“In my opinion, as perhaps with everyone now, he is already a very good player – and can become a great one.”
In terms of Zaniolo’s style of play, he has been compared to Paul Pogba and Brazil legend Kaka.
Previous reports have claimed that Antonio Conte dreams of using the youngster in the same team as Harry Kane.
Conte would certainly be over the moon if Fabio Paratici managed to bring Zaniolo to N17.
