Spurs have been without a permanent manager for over two months now.
They’ve seemingly come close to landing a new manager, but to no avail.
Tottenham reportedly spoke to Antonio Conte and Paulo Fonseca, and both seemed likely to take the reins.
However, talks fell through in both cases, so Spurs are still searching for Jose Mourinho’s successor.

Former Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo is now apparently on Spurs’ radar.
Indeed, The Telegraph claims Tottenham have talked to Nuno over the vacant manager’s position.
This hasn’t gone down too well amongst some Spurs fans, concerned about his style of play.
However, Tottenham are apparently eyeing other managers too, added The Telegraph.
One of those is Steven Gerrard, the Liverpool legend currently at the helm of Rangers.

Spurs manager search leading to young title winner?
The 41-year-old joined the Gers in May 2018 and he has done a superb job at Ibrox.
Rangers were relentless last season, cruising to their 55th Scottish Premiership title without a single defeat.
The Light Blues tasked Gerrard with building the team back up after a tumultuous few years.
Admittedly, Rangers aren’t quite the finished product just yet, as shown by their domestic cup failures last season.
However, Gerrard and the Gers have improved with each passing season, so optimism remains incredibly high at Ibrox.

“He’s really top”
Speaking about Gerrard in May, Sir Alex Ferguson told The Guardian: “He’s done magnificent. He really has, both on and off the field.
“A press interview can lose you your job in management. But Steven’s press conferences are fantastic.
“He’s cool, he’s composed, he gives the right answers. He’s really top because it’s an art.”
