Reported Tottenham Hotspur target Nikola Milenkovic has left the door open on a potential summer move, in conversation with Radio Bruno, via CalcioNews24.
Spurs boss Jose Mourinho is said to be a big fan of the Fiorentina defender and reportedly scouted him personally while at Manchester United with a view to a move.
The Daily Mail claimed in 2018 that the Portuguese had watched Milenkovic in action for Serbia against Montenegro during the October international break that year.

Obviously nothing came of the reports and the 23-year-old remains at Fiorentina, but with his contract up in 2022, speculation has arisen once again about his future.
La Nazione reported earlier this month that Tottenham reportedly sent a proposal to Milenkovic’s agent, Fali Ramadani, with the player seemingly valued at around £23million.
Meanwhile, the esteemed Fabrizio Romano claimed last week that Tottenham are certainly big admirers of Milenkovic.
“Let’s see if Tottenham will go for him or not, but for sure he’s appreciated,” he told We Are Tottenham TV. “At the moment he’s not the first choice, but he is appreciated.
“Also they have some rumours about Botman, so I think in the coming months will see. But at the moment these two names are interesting Tottenham for sure.”
When asked about his future, Milenkovic told Radio Bruno: “We will see the rest at the end of the season.
“We only have to think about the match in Turin (against Torino on Friday). I feel good in Florence, I have always been very well received.
“But, I repeat, we will talk about this (my future) at the end of the season.”

TBR View:
Milenkovic is a top defender, standing a mighty 6ft 5in, with plenty of top experience at a young age, and has been compared to Red Devils and Serbia legend Nemanja Vidic.
In addition, he seems to have the Mourinho seal of approval, and now he’s leaving the door open to a potential summer move, everything seems to be aligning nicely.
Spurs simply must go for him in the summer.
