Spurs fans react to Sergio Reguilon’s display against Crystal Palace

A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Sergio Reguilon’s display as Spurs beat Crystal Palace on Sunday.

Jose Mourinho’s men were looking to make it four wins on the spin in all competitions as they hosted the Eagles. And they got off to a great start with Gareth Bale opening the scoring after 25 minutes.

Tottenham would go into the break level after Christian Beneke scored for the visitors. But Bale soon put them back in front before Harry Kane scored a stunning third. Kane would add his second later on.

Reguilon returned to the starting lineup after being replaced by Ben Davies for the trip to Fulham during the week.

The left-back – who earns around £48,000-a-week, according to Spotrac – spent just over a month out from mid-January. And plenty of supporters felt that the gulf in quality between himself and Ben Davies was made clear during Sunday’s win.

With that in mind, here is how some of the fans reacted to Reguilon’s display in the win…
