Spurs fans react on Twitter to Christoper Nkunku interest reports

A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to comment on reports from Foot Mercato this week concerning Christoper Nkunku.

It is looking set to be a pivotal summer for Spurs. Jose Mourinho’s men have endured a fairly underwhelming campaign considering they seemed to be in the title mix at one stage.

The supporters will be hoping to see plenty of statements made in the market. And one of the players apparently on the club’s radar is Nkunku.

According to Foot Mercato, Tottenham are monitoring the RB Leipzig star, who is also being looked at by Arsenal and Manchester United.

Nkunku has scored seven and contributed eight assists in all competitions this season. He is a player who can be deployed in a number of roles, including up front or on either wing.

And it appears that plenty of fans would love to see him in North London next season. In fact, some are hoping that he arrives with Julian Nagelsmann, who is reportedly Spurs’ first-choice should Mourinho get the sack (via The Telegraph).

Several have suggested that Nkunku would be a brilliant signing. And they are hoping that there is indeed some interest from Tottenham.
