Tottenham Hotspur could join the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United in the race for Joshua Zirkzee.
This is according to Ben Jacobs, who has spoken to CaughtOffside about the state of play involving the Bologna ace.
Although Tottenham have already bolstered their attacking ranks with Timo Werner, there’s always scope to bring in further reinforcements now or in summer.
Meanwhile, Arsenal have routinely been linked with a player who is a clear focal point in attack, and Man United’s front line has struggled for much of the season.

As for Zirkzee, he has caught the eye of some of the top clubs in the Premier League thanks to his impressive form in Serie A this term.
The 22-year-old has registered eight goals and four assists from 22 club outings in all competitions this season.
Discussing Zirkzee’s situation, Jacobs said: “In terms of possible signings, there is plenty of interest in Bologna’s Joshua Zirkzee.
“Arsenal and Manchester United are both tracking the Dutch forward with a view to the summer. Tottenham could also enter the race.
“There remains some confusion over Zirkzee’s €40m summer release clause, but Bologna director Marco Di Vaio insists it is ‘only valid for Bayern’.
“A return to Bayern is unlikely but not impossible. Manchester United are the only Premier League club to date to begin any formative talks.”
Tottenham and Arsenal linked with ‘very good’ talent Joshua Zirkzee
You can understand why the likes of Spurs and Arsenal are being linked with Zirkzee. He is a quality player with amazing potential and a high ceiling.
Indeed, there have even been comparisons between the Bologna talent and Premier League legend Dennis Bergkamp.
Former Italy international Francesco Graziani is quoted as saying by Bologna Sport News in December: “Technically he is very good and has shown that he sees the goal.
“In Zirkzee I seem to see the Dutch Dennis Bergkamp: someone who made your eyes shine with his technique.”
However, with Bologna reportedly wanting around £50million for Zirkzee, it would be a difficult transfer to pull off at this moment in time.
