Tottenham Hotspur are set to lock horns with Aston Villa in a big Premier League battle for the top four on Sunday.
Ange Postecoglou‘s Spurs currently sit fifth in the table on 50 points, one place and five points behind Unai Emery‘s Villans.
Both Tottenham and Villa have seen an upturn in league form of late. Spurs beat Crystal Palace last week, while the Villans have won their last three in the top flight.
Tottenham have also had more rest than their opponents, who were in Europa Conference League action in midweek, drawing 0-0 away at Ajax in their last-16 first leg.
The Spurs squad has a pretty clean bill of health for the most part, but Postecoglou has some decisions to make in terms of selection, particularly in midfield and attack.

For instance, Pape Matar Sarr is fit again, and he’ll be fancying his chances of being in midfield, with Rodrigo Bentancur and Yves Bissouma also vying to start.
Dejan Kulusevski started on the wing for Spurs against Palace last time out, but he moved to midfield as Brennan Johnson replaced Rodrigo Bentancur.
It proved an inspired substitution, as Johnson contributed to Tottenham’s equaliser as well as their third of the game to wrap up all three points.
Brennan Johnson staking a claim for Tottenham starting spot
Johnson has made notable contributions off the bench in recent weeks and he has certainly staked a claim for a spot in the starting XI.
A front three of Son Heung-min, Timo Werner and Johnson would boast considerable pace up front and help expose Villa’s high line.
Johnson is now fully up and running after needing some time to acclimatise to life at Tottenham, something which is par for the course for most players after a move.
At just 22 years of age, it’ll be exciting to see how the “terrific” attacking talent continues to develop at Spurs. He has such a high ceiling so it’ll be something to behold, for sure.
