A number of Spurs and Norwich City fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Oliver Skipp’s latest display as the midfielder helped the Canaries to a 7-0 win on Tuesday.
Daniel Farke’s men are on the brink of promotion back to the Premier League. They are now 17 points clear of third place Brentford with the Bees able to get another 21.

And they put themselves on the verge with an outrageous win over Huddersfield this week. Skipp was somewhat overshadowed by a Teemu Pukki hat-trick, while Emi Buendia set up three himself.
But that did not stop plenty of fans lauding the 20-year-old on social media. As shown by Whoscored, he completed 85 of his 88 passes. Only Grant Hanley completed more during the win.

He also won twice as many tackles as any other player on the pitch. And his moment of the game undoubtedly came when he ran almost the length of the pitch to win a penalty around the hour-mark.
His performance prompted plenty of Tottenham supporters to insist that he is ready for first-team football next year. He has been outstanding throughout his time with Norwich.
So it is little surprise that many Canaries fans have implored their club to do all they can to make sure that he returns next season. They fear how difficult it is going to be to replace him if he does not return for another loan.
