A number of Leeds United fans have tipped Thorp Arch gem Cody Drameh for stardom after he was nominated for February’s Premier League 2 Player of the Month award.
The 19-year-old full-back joined Leeds from Fulham’s academy setup last summer, having been tracked for a number of years by Craig Dean, the Whites’ head of emerging talent.
The Yorkshire Evening Post claimed that Drameh had attracted the attention of a number of European clubs – including Manchester City – as well as interest from Leeds.

Drameh has made 19 appearances to date for the Whites U23s this season – 17 in the Premier League 2 and two in the EFL Trophy.
In February, Drameh helped Mark Jackson’s side – currently top of the Division 2 table – to four wins out of four, with the Whites keeping three clean sheets.
And plenty of Leeds fans have hailed his POTM nomination, tipping him to make a breakthrough to Marcelo Bielsa’s side sooner or later:
Drameh is the second Leeds player to be nominated for the accolade this season, with Sam Greenwood winning the September Player of the Month.
