A number of Southampton fans have taken to Twitter to react to comments made by Ralph Hasenhuttl on the fitness of Kyle Walker-Peters.
It has been a tough time for the right-back in recent weeks. The 23-year-old missed four games following the FA Cup win over Arsenal, in which he played a crucial role in the decisive goal.

He made his return for the double-header with Wolves. Unfortunately, he had to be taken off with 18 minutes remaining of the Premier League clash between the pair at the weekend.
And Hasenhuttl has now confirmed that the Saints are set to be without Walker-Peters for a number of games.

“Kyle Walker-Peters is out for a few weeks, maybe, and that definitely hurts us. He was a big part of our good run and when he was not there we’ve had a worse run. It’s a never-ending story of this season, players getting injured,” he said, as reported by the club’s official website.
Understandably, the news has been met with a lot of frustration. The £12 million summer signing has been a revelation during his time on the south coast.
And his importance to the side has arguably only been made fully apparent during his recent absence.
Southampton lack an obvious understudy to the former Spurs starlet. Yan Valery was loaned out during the latter stages of the January transfer window.
‘So much pain’
Valery had struggled to silence his critics during his time in the side. But his loan move may mean that James Ward-Prowse is dragged away from his midfield role to cover for Walker-Peters. Kayne Ramsay must also be in contention.
And clearly, some of the supporters believe that the side is going to be a lot weaker while he is sidelined.
Here is how some of the fans have reacted to Hasenhuttl’s comments…
