A number of Southampton fans have taken to Twitter to comment on reports from The Athletic this week concerning Alex McCarthy’s future.

McCarthy has been Ralph Hasenhuttl’s first-choice stopper throughout this season. The 31-year-old has played in all but one of their Premier League games.
