On Tuesday, the Gunners confirmed in a statement that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had been stripped of the captain’s armband.
In addition, Arteta will not consider Aubameyang for selection for Arsenal’s Premier League meeting with West Ham.

Arteta dropped the 32-year-old from the squad that beat Southampton on Saturday.
